Welcome!

Tuesday, April 27th, 1999 by Jake

Welcome everyone! Everything is theoretically working here on MixnMojo. You may be wondering what this, another Sam & Max site, is doing here with Snuckey’s already on site. The answer? I don’t really know. Well, I kind of do: Sam & Max Hit The Road is just one piece of the immense semi-underground Sam & Max empire. The Freelance police started out as a series of comics, and have also appeared on TV as a Saturday morning cartoon. This site attempts (hee) to focus on all elements of Sam & Max, not just the game, since its all funny, and since most people have only played the game and have never read the comics or seen the cartoon. That’s all, enjoy!PS: I apologise to all 640×480 users, but the page has to be that wide now to accomidate the Telefragged required ad banner.

Animated Series Eps For Sale!

Friday, April 23rd, 1999 by Jake

A Canadian company, Sullivan Entertainment, is selling four episodes of Sam & Max Freelance Police!!!, the animated series that ran on Fox Kids last year. The episodes included are The Uglions From Outer Space, The Invaders, They Came From Down There, and The Trouble With Gary. The info for this is available here, and if you would like to order it, this is where to do it.

I have also made a couple of additions and changes to the site. There is now a Site Map, since the site is getting rather large, and I have added an Awards section, both for giving and receiving awards. I also changed the linking structure of the site around a bit so that if you start the MIDI music now it will play as you browse around, not stop once you leave this page. And, finally, I have decided that the “lite” section of the site will be for news updates only, as managing two copies of all the sub-pages would be too much work for the small audience it receives. Sorry.

And, lastly (Is lastly a word?), I am gearing up to switch over to MixnMojo.com. I need to figure out where I am going to place the banner ad. Any suggestions (it must be within the top third of the page)?
