New Sam & Max content joyously vomited far and wide across the Internet

Lots of Sam & Max related stuff has been going down lately on the so-called Information Superhighway. Here’s a handy list:

Online Previews: Sam & Max previews written by people who have actually seen and touched the first episode are finally starting to appear around the net. Check it out!

The first preview, from GameSpy, gives a nice overview of what’s going on with Telltale’s Sam & Max series, including hints about the plot of the first episode (so beware of spoilers).

Wired’s Game|Life blog has a great writeup about the writer’s visit to Telltale and his impressions seeing and playing the followup to what the he describes as “one of the defining events of my mid-adolescence.”

A third preview has also appeared at OCModShop, which contains some quotes from Telltale CEO Dan Connors about Telltale’s goals for Sam & Max episodes, some refined details on the pricing structure, and also includes a handful of unique digital camera shots of the game as demoed at the recent Penny Arcade Expo.

Sam & Max Webcomic Page: Page nine of Steve Purcell’s ongoing Sam & Max webcomic has appeared in record time! You can check it out here. If you’ve fallen behind, you can start with page one, here.

Other Stuff: Telltale’s Dan Connors was interviewed by online gaming radio station XBL Radio. You can check out the five minute piece right here.

Telltale has put up a zillion and one screenshots from the game. A mix of pre-rendered and in-engine screenshots are included.

Also, many of the stories linked above contain new in-game screenshots. In addition to the shots featured in the previews above, Adventure Gamers have scored a few of their own.

Comments are off because this is probably a really old post.
