Bill Farmer (Born November 1952) Is an American voice actor.

Farmer voiced Sam in Sam & Max Hit the Road, becoming the first actor to take on the role, as well as voicing other characters such as The Psychic, Flambe and Vanuatoo. Farmer portrayed the character with a nasal, high pitched voice and a thick Brooklyn accent.

Farmer reprised his role for the trailer of Sam & Max: Freelance Police, and would have returned to it in the game itself had it not been canceled. In the episodic series by Telltale Games the voice of Sam is done by David Nowlin.

Bill Farmer is best known for voicing Goofy and Pluto in various Disney related productions. While Hit the Road was his first video game, he would later star in others such as Tales of Symphonia, Destroy All Humans! and Kingdom Hearts.
