Herzog is a convict making trouble in Christmas Bloody Christmas.

Having made 43 failed escape attempts while she was warden, Herzog has a long-standing grudge against Ruth. When she and Sam & Max pay a special visit after her retirement, he uses the opportunity to make another attempt; he seems to finally succeed, but is ultimately foiled by Santa Claus.

Herzog makes a brief reappearance in The Final Episode, before quickly getting booted off the plane.
