Shep and Burl Kushman are Sam & Max's employers in Sam & Max Hit the Road.

Shep and Burl are a pair of conjoined twins who run a carnival together. They hire Sam & Max (through The Commissioner) when their star attraction goes missing.

Through conversation with them it is revealed they are naked and their skin looks like a uniform.
