Maimtron 9000 is a robot appearing in Sam & Max Season Two and the finale of The Devil's Playhouse.

After a brief cameo at the start of Reality 2.0, where he is also said to be Max' new presidential press secretary, the Maimtron makes his first true appearance at the start of Ice Station Santa. Sent to Sam & Max as a Christmas present, he kills Mr. Spatula, rearranges the street (moving Sybil's office to be in between Bosco's Inconvenience and Stinky's Diner), and tries to similarly thrash the office. Sam & Max defeat him by distracting him long enough to remove the wind-up key from his back. Jimmy Two-Teeth later turns into a rat boxing casino (though Sam and Max successfully beat him at his own game.

Later, in What's new, Beelzebub? Jimmy turns the machine into a laser light show; when Sam and Max use The Spaceship's AI and a boxing betty remote (shockingly compatible with the Maimtron) to turn the Maimtron back to life (effectively killing Timmy Two-Teeth). Timmy is later bought back to life, and becomes a friend of the Maimtron (playing "Song Lyric Trivia" with him).

In The City that Dares Not Sleep the Maimtron plays the main role of Superball's plan to launch "the Final Imperative." A few hundred Maimtrons are equipped with rocket packs and nuclear warheads inside their OWN head and programmed to surround Max and explode.

The Maimtron 9000 often talks in quotes from "hideous middle-of-the road" pop songs (as Max describes it). When not busy causing widespread destruction, he likes to ponder matters of philosophy.
