The enigmatic Moo Hoo Man has not appeared in any published Sam & Max story, but is referred to several times.

Moo Hoo Man appeared in a never-published original Sam & Max comic by Dave Purcell, as well as several non-Sam & Max comics. In a post at the Telltale forums, he described him as "a big nosed guy wearing a minimal Greek-style laurel leaf (just one leaf over each ear)".
Moo Hoo Man's name appears on a gravestone in Night of the Raving Dead and on a nameplate in Hell in What's new, Beelzebub?.
