Natasha's first and only appearance is in "The Tomb of Sammun-Mak". Natasha is Nefertiti's mother, and also devoted wife to a moleman who sounds a lot like the present Harry Moleman.

Natasha used to protect The Devil's Toybox with everyone else, but scored a sweet room in America, so Nefertiti and her father hop the Disorient Express to the U.S.A.. (As it turns out, the sweet room that Natasha promised was just a small basement underneath Sam and Max's future office.)
Like the rest of her family, Natasha has the ability to use a single mole curse. Hers is the Vampire curse, which she uses against Jurgen circa 1840 and against one of Nicholas St. Kringle's elves in 1901.
Natasha has a relatively well-developed sense of humor based on longitudinally bifurcated vegetables.
