Sal Manella works at Sam & Max's local Slothmart Grocery World. He is seen in Beast from the Cereal Aisle and again in The Glazed McGuffin Affair.

Because of Sal's rather small role, little is known about him. Even his name appears only in the Series bible. The series bible describes Sal as a consummate conspiracy theorist. This trait is never actually seen, but may have been reused in the character design for Bosco.
