His full title/name is "Royal Cockroach Neurosurgeon Sir Kenneth Blattodea". When Sam was experiencing blackouts and being treated by a "Doctor" (who Max soon finds out to be the insidious Nigel the Hook), Sir Kenneth appears in the nick of time at the clinic's window. Being a neurosurgeon with a commando air to him, he knew his way around Sam's brain and wasted no time in search of what was wrong with him. Apparently, he's been on similar missions/surgeries since he's seen insects nesting eggs on the brain before. At the end, the earwig forces were too much for him and he made the ultimate sacrifice in order to destroy the infestation of earwigs and suspicious eggs.
