[edit] Character Detail & History

He was first introduced in Abe Lincoln Must Die!, guarding the doors of the White House entrance; if talked to he'll reveal that he is a Secret Service agent and that his nickname is "Superball". He is seen communicating via radio to a person nicknamed "Papa Bear" who is "guarding" the president. He is later tricked into letting Sam and Max in and later, following Max's presidency, begins guarding the War Room door; once Sam and Max alter the national dates and force the three Soda Poppers into war, Superball leaves once and for all (but not before singing a song).

Later, in Bright Side of the Moon he somehow turns his life to Prismatology and becomes a worker for Hugh Bliss still into the door-guarding business. With his strange unicorn he determines Sam is a low-level Prismatologist he denies him entrance into the Blister of Tranquility.

He then appears guarding the door to Jurgen's nightclub in Night of the Raving Dead, subject to changing who is and isn't allowed to come in. He then appears in Chariots of the Dogs in two different time periods; in the first, back in the 1960s, he is revealed to still be guarding the door to the War Room in the Whitehouse, issuing patents, giving examples of PSAs and is revealed to be very hard to shock. He is shocked to discover that the then-president would meet Ms Bosco at Stinky's Diner (hating it). In the other time period he is guarding The Office due to Sam and Max's disappearence (and will automatically brainwash anyone asking him about Time Travel.

Superball is married and has a son (Superball Jr.) who is starting first grade. He also looks suspiciously like the IRS agents in "Day of the Tentacle".

He is apparently a very capable singer and dancer, as seen in Good For You (Good For Me).

In The Penal Zone, he is standing on the street while General Skun-ka'pe lands on earth. He is the one who broke the news of Skun-ka'pe's evilness to Sam and Max. He also assists Sam and Max appearing at Momma Bosco's labs.

In Beyond the Alley of the Dolls, Agent Superball apparently has some sort of Teleportation ability. As he leaves Momma Bosco's lab, he dissapears in a flash of light. No explanation has been given for this, but this may be the reason he is able to appear so suddenly and unexpectedly in Sam and Max's adventures. Also in Beyond the Alley of the Dolls, if mind reading is used on Superball he will say "I'm afraid The contents of my mind are classified, sirs" while repeatedly flashing his amnesia-inducing sunglasses.

He also appears in The City that Dares Not Sleep, where due to Max's inablity to function, is the president. He also assists Sam in his mission to return Max to his normal form.
