The Psychic was a foul mouthed mechanic working at The World's Largest Ball of Twine who was blessed with mysterious psychic powers. He appeared in Sam & Max Hit the Road.

Sam and Max first met him in the restaurant at the top of The World's Largest Ball of Twine, where he was busy using his his telekinetic powers to bend his tools in order to make them better suited for repairing the damaged rotating mechanism of the diner. Despite his surly attitude and foul language, the Psychic was willing to give the pair a bent spanner upon inquiry. They would later return to him with an icepick, which he obligingly twisted into a corkscrew.
