Timmy Two-Teeth

"Tiny" Timmy Two-Teeth is the son of Jimmy and Mary Two-Teeth, first seen in the flashback to The Mole, the Mob, and the Meatball in Ice Station Santa. He is a Rat.

Timmy suffers from Terminal Tourette syndrome, which causes him to say many things that get bleeped out. This bleeping isn't limited to the audience: it gives Timmy a painful ringing sensation and for a while prevents Sam and Max from learning Peepers' real name. Timmy's disease can apparently be cured by an expensive operation, driving his father to attempt to gather enough money both through criminal activities and by pursuing a career in boxing.
Unfortunately, due to Sam/Max stealing Jimmy's boxing glove and getting rid of his father's dealer, Timmy is unable to cure the operation. Sam and Max, when they turn on the Maimtron 9000 that was being used as a casino, end up causing Timmy to fall from the Maimtron (ironically, Jimmy states that this is fatal for someone with Terminal Tourettes). He spends his last few moments continuing to endlessly swear, and finally dies (after Sam and Max switch his sin file with that of his father's). This causes him to be sent to the same hell Grandpa Stinky is in, Girl Stinky's. Timmy's extreme swearing causes Hugh Bliss to cancel the show, thus freeing his and Grandpa Stinky's souls. After Sam unwillingly trades his souls for that of the deceased, Timmy is returned to the world.
After coming back from the dead, Timmy befriends the Maimtron 9000. When Sam and Max stop his words from being bleeped out by replacing the list of forbidden words in Hell, the ringing sensation in his head goes away and it turns out that the "profanity" he utters is rather mild. Timmy is then revealed to be a trivia buff with a near encyclopedic knowledge about the Soda Poppers and music (apparently knowing more music trivia than Maimtron 9000).
Trivially, Tourette Syndrome does exist in real life; however, there is no such thing as "Terminal" tourette's though. Aditionally, when he makes his first appearence, he will say, after his parents argue, "Please don't fight Mommy and Daddy. Daddy's my hero, and he'll make everything right again". He keeps saying "YOU'LL SEE" to the viewers and overswearing, meaning he broke the fourth wall.
