Tonight We Love is the 18th episode in the series The Adventures of Sam & Max: Freelance Police.

Sam and Max's car is stolen on Valentine's Day, putting an urgent delivery in jeopardy.

It's Valentine's Day, and Sam and Max are hanging around on the beach to avoid the wave of sentimentality when the Commissioner calls with a special assignment: as they find out when they go to the Geek for details, they are to deliver an artificial heart to the President for an urgent transplant. They are confident that they can make it, but then the heart and the DeSoto get stolen.

When Sam & Max spot the car in a nearby ally the thieves quickly drive off with it. Using a fishing rod to hang on doesn't work for long, so they head to the Love Land theme park instead. There they find it soon enough, but with only 15 seconds left to get to Washington.

Quickly passing through New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Mexico and Antarctica, they arrive at the White House just in time. The doctors rush to make it, and the heart is quickly connected to the presidential aquarium, serving as the pump to provide the president's daughter's kissing fish with air. Then a valet comes in and informs everyone the DeSoto is being towed, and Sam & Max quickly rush off.
