Toy Mafia

The Toy Mafia is an organized crime group whose members look like mafiosi wearing giant toy bear heads. Their holdings are known to include Ted E. Bear's Mafia Free Playland and Casino and the adjoining toy factory. The Toy Mafia makes its only appearance in The Mole, the Mob, and the Meatball, though Chuckles and Harry Moleman return in other roles in later episodes. Their activities and goals include working for Hugh Bliss and Prismatology to hypnotize people with their hypno bears, and have a factory dedicated to making them (they also most likely sent Myra Stump the hypno bear). Sam and Max, after faking defeat by Harry, destroy the Toy Mafia and their factory. Prior to that, they hired S&M to:

• "Kill" Sybil;
• Put their hypno bears on forced display in Bosco's store;
• Retrieved the stolen meatball sandwhich.

Note, the inspiration for this is probably from the 1998 movie "The Avengers", where the villain's organisation are disguised in Teddy Bear suits.
