I'm assuming that you are a sysop here. Would I be right in assuming that? If you are, I was wondering what I would have to do to become a sysop. If you look, I have already made several good contributions to the wiki. If you are not a sysop, sorry for wasting your time! Thanks! TheHighway 06:57, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

Actually, he isn't. He was back when we were at Wikia, though. When we moved, he nominated me to take over. He always wanted his position to be temporary (which was tricky before since at Wikia he didn't have to ability to elevate someone else), and I was very active and had already done a lot for the wiki.

As mentioned at Sam & Max Wiki:User groups, More [sysops] may be appointed when the need arises, and this will probably be announced somewhere. Otherwise please don't ask for admin powers. So long as there isn't an open position it doesn't matter how qualified you are.
